Burger King in Bochum

2 hours waiting for the food! Then I have canceled the order! It's the worst experience ever! That is not the first time!!

We strongly advise against ordering here! It takes an extremely long time for the food to arrive and then burgers are often missing. Nobody can be reached there by phone, a rogue who thinks bad ... The whole thing definitely borders on fraud!

The hottest veggie meal I know in a fast food chain. Delivery always on time. MC can cut 100 slices. As a veggie, MC served me a chicken burger. For 15 euros inc delivery, that's gourmet food for me. Really delicious. Thank you, keep it up, thumbs up

Unfortunately, the order (via Lieferando) only arrived after 3 hours (it should take 90 minutes). Without receiving any feedback, we didn't know whether the order would still arrive or whether we should order somewhere else. Calls were not taken or there was no call back. The food tasted just like it usually did at Burger King.

Load dirt !!! Waited 3 hours and still waiting even though the store is only 10 minutes away! Employee rude. I'd rather go to McDonalds.

Customer for 10 years but in the last 2 years the dandruff has deteriorated so much, be it the staff or the burgers. I will never visit this shop again and I recommend everyone to avoid them. The shift management is a prankster just like the employees who are just plain unfriendly. I bet if the health department does another check the shop will close again very quickly. JUICE SHOP.

Ordered and it never arrived. The specified time was 90 minutes, after 2 hours I had called and only got a vague statement and another 30 minutes later I called again and ordered the meal. Never again

First of all, we ordered a coca Cola and a coca Cola zero of the same size and the employee did not want to tell us which coca Cola zero is now. Worst service in a long time. In addition, our 2 portions of French fries were simply carelessly and willfully peppered into the bag. Now we have to count the fries individually and divide by 2 because we want to eat them separately. Thank you very much.

The food tastes just like in any Burger King. However, you already notice how carelessly the burgers are put together. Just feels like you've slapped into the pack. Even if there is not much going on, it takes a long time to finally get your order. We don't even start with the delivery service ...

Allegedly open until 12:00 a.m., no one there at 11:20 p.m. Except the light! Always a disaster store in itself, but if the opening times are no longer right, I now completely refrain from going there again.

Rude staff. Food is lukewarm. Much of the order was missing for the last three visits. It's just annoying when you take food with you and then find out at home that something is missing. (Unfortunately at least 1 star has to be assigned otherwise I would give 0 stars)

Popped in at BK spontaneously to have an early lunch. After we were already 5 minutes in front of the counter, we had to call our attention several times. Then finally an employee came to us. She took our order with moderate motivation. She asked which drink we would like to have. Which sauce we want with the nuggets or whether we want ketchup or mayonnaise with the fries, however, did not interest them. She just decided what to eat and tossed it in the bag. We actually wanted to eat on site, but when we wanted to look for a table we couldn't find one that was properly cleaned. Now we wanted to look for a table outside, but all the tables were dirty here too. So we decided to eat in the car. She put one of the fries in the bag so that it was completely tipped out. (No, we didn't shake the bag or anything) The food was ok, although the fries are otherwise crispy at BK. We were very disappointed with this BK branch. Customer service and hygiene look different in our eyes.

Worst Burger King I have ever seen. Waited 30 minutes for my order. Staff is totally overwhelmed and unfriendly. This shop is totally littered. There is not a good atmosphere and as a customer you feel a burden as an asset to this shop. The customers at the drive-in were also held up and had to wait a long time. Sometimes people complained loudly about the speed in the shop. There were 3 employees present who were visibly stressed and simply overwhelmed. How can you run a shop like that and let the Burger King brand drag in the dirt? Take an example from the branches in Gelsenkirchen.

Such an incompetent staff, especially the boss in the house just the very last ... Very disrespectful and impolite towards customers ... A new boss has to come in ... With the manager at the moment, it won't be long before the store closes .. But people are up to you, the reviews speak for themselves ...

Terrible service every time. Manager is unprofessional. They put 1 slice of tomato on my chicken sandwich and he said thats the standard lol. And the damn fries were cold! Tables dirty trash all over. Recommendation: Change staff or close it down! 1 tomato is standard, guess he thought that was the first burger king I ever visited. And Burger King corporate where are the replies!!!!???????
